Our facility is equipped to process plate and structural materials using high-precision laser cutting systems, followed by CNC press brake forming to achieve accurate bends and repeatable geometry. This allows us to rapidly produce flat patterns, formed components, and structural elements with tight tolerances and consistent quality.
For complex and high-precision parts, our machining capabilities include multi-axis CNC milling and turning. Our 5-axis machining platform enables the production of intricate geometries, compound angles, and multi-surface features in a single setup, significantly reducing handling time and improving dimensional accuracy. Complementing this, our 3-axis machining centers efficiently handle high-volume and standard component production, ensuring cost-effective throughput on less complex parts. Laser Cutting Services
SFC Tec operates a 12 kW Accurl fiber laser, delivering fast, precise cutting for sheet and plate with excellent edge quality and repeatability. By keeping laser cutting fully in-house, we maintain tighter control over quality, lead time, and downstream fabrication processes.
